"This house was just what we were looking for! It is very clean and comfortable, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a clean and well-stocked kitchen (with supplies) and family room. The deck was a great place to sit outside for breakfast. We were a short drive from the beach, fishing, tennis courts, bike trails, shops, the MV ferry, and great restaurants. Communication via VRBO with the property owner was easy and efficient. Great vacation all around! "

"Location was ideal. The view of tranquil Jenkins Pond was certainly a highlight as was our daily swim. 2 year old absolutely loved the clean shallow beach. Family of ducks frequently entertaining us as was a heron appearing in the morning. The Beach House itself is spacious and well equipped. Lisa the host and owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive."

"Between the beautifully landscaped yard and the proximity to the ocean, this is a fabulous place! We love walking to the ocean for our am and pm walks, The Shining Sea Bike trail is also very close and just a joy! Property owners were great to work with. Definitely will stay here next year.
