"We found the cottage to be in disrepair with many things that did were unacceptable . "The house is sunny and comfortable. Greg and Martha, the owners live across the street and are extremely friendly, attentive and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked. The house is close to beaches, the bike trail and the suburb West Falmouth market. I highly recommend it."
