"I rented this property as part of a surprise weekend getaway for my son's 16th birthday. Our party included 2 adults, 4 teenage boys, and 2 small pups. To start, communication with the host, Ray, was superb! He has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. "The house is spacious (more than the photos may lead you to believe), with numerous gathering centers inside and out. My guests enjoyed the dock at sunset and the fire pit by the water. The patio under the house had a charcoal grill and ample space for tables and chairs. Though our weekend had perfect weather, the covered patio made the place "weatherproof" had it rained. "Very conveniently located property with bars/restaurants/grocery and anything you would need within walking distance. Property is clean and well appointed, exactly as described. Nice outdoor space both off the kitchen (patio) and upper level deck off the second bedroom. Beds are comfortable and bathroom and kitchen updated and clean. We have stayed twice and have three more stays booked. Definitely recommend."

"The place was large and bathrooms were mostly clean. Overall the place is pretty dusty, with a thick dust layer on the ceiling fans that unfortunately spread some smelly stuff whenever they're on and shaggy carpets. If those could be cleaned and the towel racks repaired this would've been almost perfect. Parking is out in front. Owner was generous with drinks provided."

"This house had the most amazing views and was clean and tidy. It was perfect for us and the dogs. The yard was clean and mowed and provided plenty of room for frisbee play which is part of my german shepherd's job. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs! As expected, the upstairs bedrooms were "historic" and the staircase was steep also "historic". The showers were perfect. We had a great visit and would love to come back here!"
