"I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

"There were eight adults who comfortably had privacy in bedrooms in spacious, well appointed bedrooms. Loved the provisions provided for coffee in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were worried about the street parking as we had four vehicles, but the street was quiet and offed ample space for all. The home is older but has been spruced up adequately. Location was wonderful as it was quiet and a bit scenic, yet close to restaurants and stores. This house served our family...

"What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!"

"The house is great and matches up with the pictures. It is definitely secluded with the last half mile or so being dirt roads, so be careful if there's bad weather. The cleaning people did a good job before we got there even with a quick turnaround from the last group that stayed.The kitchen is well stocked with decent pots and pans and lots of cooking utensils and knives that were actually mostly sharp. The grounds are extensive and some of our group made use of the trails they've cut around...

"This house was perfect for our group of 7 guys. The house supplied loads of outdoor activities (cornhole, washers, golf clubs, raft, horsehoes, and many others) to keep you busy. The indoor activities include pool table, shuffleboard, darts and foosball. So, there's plenty to do, regardless of the weather.
