We were lucky with good weather in November to kayak on the lake. Everyone was so pleased with the stay and it was exactly what my mom wanted for her birthday. "We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to prepare holiday meals.The basement was a great space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, giving the adults some quiet time. "We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed...
