"Overall the place is quaint. It's in the basement of a house so you hear the people walking, running above you but not too much conversation. The neighborhood is quiet. Not sure it was worth the price I paid but it was comfortable and met our needs. There's a washer and dryer in the unit but they aren't plugged in. I liked that they supplied the fridge and some cups, forks and coffee but since the flooring is carpeted I worried about making anything or prepping food for fear of dropping stuff so...

"The property is great as well as the hosts. There is still an ongoing issue with VRBO (customer service is out of country) but this is not the fault of the owners.
