"The Treehouse is really cozy, and the area is pretty quiet. It is certainly a unique place to enjoy a winter storm, and the property is secluded for the most part. The hostess is great, and the place was clean and comfortable. The directions to get there on a GPS can get a bit wonky, but just keep driving down the driveway, you'll get there. Also, the wifi is a bit spotty, FYI. We had a great time here and would recommend it. It's great for two people, threes a crowd. "

"I have been staying here a few times over the last 3 months and love it. Now I know why some celebrities live in hotels for years. This place is way too classy for little old Independence, OR. This is a big city, modern, and well thought out hotel. And the staff has become like family. Very clean, the food is amazing, and the views are charming. I've stayed at other hotels like this that are $500.00 to $800.00 a night and still don't offer as much as this does. I think the reason for the lower price is because the location is 12 miles from the nearest big city (Salem). Do yourself a favor and drive the distance. You won't be disappointed."

"The property is well kept and the rooms are so beautifully decorated. Each room has a different theme. Bath comodities include Bath and Body works shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap etc. Breakfast was freshly made every morning. It was served by staff and each morning were told what we are served by the innkeeper who is also the chef. Staff was attentive and friendly, including the owner of the B&B. We are already looking forward to stay here next time we are in town. "
