"Loved this space! All bedrooms were as advertised. We stayed in Room 1 which had 3 king beds and 3 1/2 bath, large couch, and kitchen with all basic amenities. Location was walkable to casinos, the Lake and Heavenly Gondola. Check-in and out was convenient and easy. Unit was clean. Slippers, ear plugs & eye covers were provided and was a nice added amenity. Rooms all had separate heaters. "

We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc). "We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

"We had a 2 bedroom lock off unit and it was perfect for our friend and us. The place was clean and furnished nicely. My only negative is the silverware was scarce and there were no wash cloths. "

"This unit was recently renovated. The brand new foam mattress of the sofa bed is super comfortable. The Van Sickle State Park is right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay - hiking in the morning, hanging out at the pool in the afternoon and playing some table games at Harrah’s next door in the evening. A perfect vacation.
