"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"Nine friends from London/Kent/Essex in Edinburgh for a few days to celebrate some milestone birthdays. So impressed with this beautiful house, and it was perfect for our needs. Also a great location, we were able to walk to Arthur's Seat in about 15 mins. Cheap Ubers in and out of the main centre for our nightly escapades."

"The property is well located for all activities in Edinburgh. We were greeted with a welcome hamper that was very thoughtful to our needs of a cup of tea and glass of wine and chocolate. The house is well appointed and immaculate. We had a great stay . Thank you"

"Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. "The location to Stirling was great. Very quiet. Siri had a hard time finding it (not sure why). Also, we suggested to owners put their number of the side of the house which faces the street since the picture shows the front which is not the street view."

"We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. There is also a small grassy, fenced backyard which is a nice plus. One note for Americans, there is no dryer which seems standard in the UK. There were plenty of drying...

"Nice flat just north of old town Stirling. Easy in/out, on site parking. Nice little back yard to sit outside in goid weather. Kitchen is tiny, but is well equipped. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. "

"We enjoyed this Scottish “steading”. It was a charming farmhouse attached with other houses. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we first got there. The house was plenty big enough for the 9 of us. The only downfall was the very slow Internet. But that wasn’t the fault of the owner. The house was about a mile outside of town which made it a very quiet stay. "
