"We spent a week at the Kronprinz Hotel in Falkensee in September 2014, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The location was approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Berlin by train, which was a 15 minute walk from the Hotel. Since we didn't want to drive in the downtown Berlin traffic, this worked out quite well. "The property did the job and is okay if you need a warm dry place to stay. Great location as it’s just out of the centre and has an amazing bakery next door. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and was far too firm, which gave both guests some bad nights sleep. The shower had 2 settings, boiling or freezing. For an eco friendly country, we also expected a recycling bin. "
