"It was great minus the people on the sidewalks, but that's something they can't control. Very good staff especiallt when lobby is closed in the nighttime. Cleaning deposit seems to be taking a long time to be returned, but besides that the experience was lovely."

"The hotel is nice and front desk staff are wonderful. The dining service was extremely slow considering it was not busy. We waited for over 45 minutes for our breakfast and the food was cold. "
