"The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there. "

Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. "Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
