The timeless and beautiful design of the kitchen begs for large yummy meals made here. If you’re the chef in the family, you’ll love how immaculate and new everything is. The double-door fridge, glass stovetop and large island let you lay out an epic spread. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING
You will have access to the single-car garage and driveway during your stay. There is additional street parking available if needed.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Fairmont Hot Springs (1.5km): In just over 5 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.
Lake Windermere/The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge. In the summer, this becomes a hot spot to kick back on the sandy beach or rent a boat from Pete's Marina.
Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
Fairmont Ski Resort (5 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.
Panorama Mountain Resort (45 km): A world-class ski destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. As there isn't a garbage removal service in the area, guests are required to remove the garbage and recycling and dispose of them in the respective community bins near the entrance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.
