Nice hotel good price
Welcomed by the staff .very nice guy helpful and patient..room very clean and towels has a microwave and fridge a plus and quiet .there's also a gas station near property

They did not have our reservation. Thank God they didnt because the place was a mess. Looked like low rent housing and a large fight was going on in the parking lot. We move on.

A NO GO
Customer service was good but the room had somebodys underwear hanging over the shower curtain when i walked in. Only antenna tv provided by a hanger on the back of the tv, and bugs.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, lot was well lit and its a convenient location to the racetrack. Don't be afraid of the surroundings or slightly sketch gas station.

When I arrived, the room with a jaccuzzi I had booked was not available and I had to accept a regular room instead. I was told it would be cheaper, but instead was charged more than the initial reservation.

Clean friendly safe
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Room was a little outdated, but clean, and beds were super comfy. Pillows were super squishy and 1 per person did not do the job. Not our favorite place but was our best option and we slept great.

Our room had multiple dead bugs on the table, sink counter, and in bathroom. We had a non-smoking room but it shared a door with a smoking room which defeated the purpose. The beds were very broken down and caved in the middle. The motel is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Spiders in the sink drain. Nothing close to it except highway and one store. Desk reception pretented to barely speak English so he charge me 10 dollars more than my reservation with Expedia said would be.... And room smelled gross. And that's coming from someone who's spend over 2 weeks riding around country on a harley.... Avoid this place

Bed Bug Inn
My father and I woke up itching only to discover we were both covered in bed bugs. We both have bumps and welts on our sides and arms. We were able to get a new room but not any of our money back or even a discount on our two night stay. Now have to make an additional trip on our vacation to the nearest pharmacy to get cream for all the bites.

Hotel needs help!
This place needs some serious help. The bed was actually very comfy...otherwise it would be 1 star. There was only one roll of TP for a 4 day stay. They begrudgingly gave another roll when asked. The people running the place have pretty much zero customer service skills. All in all the hotel needs to be refurbished...it is VERY run down. Nice bed and close to St Louis but those are the only positives unfortunately. 😐
