"The male receptionist who checked us in yesterday (we arrived around 5) and who then took our order for dinner later on was really impressive, so professional and friendly - I didn't catch his name but he should definitely be commended. All of the waiting staff were also very good. We picked the hotel purely for its location but were very pleased indeed with the hotel experience overall having not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for many years. Thank you."

"Excellent location as we were going to ABBA arena and it was an easy 14 minute walk away. Nice restaurants close by to the hotel and close to Westfield Stratford for shopping. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Would recommend."

"Just under £40 (assuming I get the damage deposit of £100 back!). Extremely good electrics - with no less than 12 sockets, and a USB point, TV, fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I had off-street parking, but there are only 3 spaces, so I was lucky. Parking restrictions in the nearby streets apply after 8am, which might be a problem if you're a late riser. The reception staff were very friendly both in the morning and in the evening. The only negative point (which actually did not apply to me as I was so very tired I would have slept through an earthquake) was that the door opening on to the permanently lit courtyard at the back had a window (with frosted glass) which had neither blind nor curtain, so that the room was lit (albeit indirectly) throughout the whole night, and was never in darkness. This could be remedied by fixing a blind or curtain, and I would suggest to the owners that they do so."
