"Some friends and I took a golf trip to play the RTJ courses. The house was clean and the location was close to our courses. Beds were comfortable and everything worked great."

"We did not stay at the property. After arriving, we entered the house before unloading our luggage to find it dirty, in desperate need of repair, smelled of mold, smoke alarm beeping, oven with a “hot burner” light on even though we couldn’t find anything actually on. We only stayed on site long enough to find somewhere else to go (about 45 min). Neighborhood was very sketchy as well. Property management was very responsive and nice, however, did not accommodate our request for refund. "
