"The place APPEARED great, but I would not recommend this place for the following reasons: heat did not work on the first floor and no communication was given regarding this, sofa beds are as uncomfortable as you would expect. Sheets were not provided for the sofa beds despite us booking for 10 people. Took hours to get a set delivered (on the second night) and they did not deliver what we asked for. There were also no extra blankets and the bath towels were tiny. Overpriced for what this place...

The two adjoining rooms, each with their own door and bathroom worked out great for us so the teens and Parents could enjoy some quite time when needed, but gather in the central kitchen, dining, and family room.
