"Beautiful house which was secluded in the woods, very clean, cozy and spacious and great location for access to elk mountain, only downfall was the driveway was covered with ice and snow so we weren’t able to make it up with our vehicle, had to park in the street and carry everything in, the owner did warn us about this, a 4WD vehicle wouldn’t make it up due to the steepness and icy conditions, this was an inconvenience but still had a great time!"

The big kids loved the old Timey Nintendo games and the young kids did too…mostly just appalled at the mediocre graphics us old timers had as kids haha We loved the hot tub. We would have Loved an outside fire but it was too cold. The fireplaces were awesome. The decor is great!The cabin was clean and tidy when we got there. "We had a wonderful time at Bobby’s cozy home. A 12 min drive to the mountain to ski. Perfect fit for 2 families. Lake was frozen solid and we were able to ice fish! Bobby was responsive to our questions. Thank goodness he left salt on the property. The driveway was ice and we would have been stuck without the salt. We look forward to renting the home in the summer to swim in the lake. A beautiful property. "

"The cabin was great, very cute and exactly fit my needs, the owners were very accurate in information listed. The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m going on a ski vacation to Elk Mountain....

"Very clean, very well kept. Easy to contact the property owner with quick responses and a happy and pleasant tone. We were looking for a property with a “cabin” feel to it , i looked through literally 300 priorities and this one was the best one online and when we arrived in person in was even more then we imagined. "The pictures and description in the listing are false and misleading. The house is not well maintained, many broken things, furniture etc... NASTY grill , no cookware, hardly any dishes or linen. We booked for 10 people only 9 came and there was not enough blankets, towels, etc for even half of our party. The lawn was like a hay field, so no bon fire and the hot tub was GROSS. Oh the mold in the showers was a special touch also. Needless to say we were all disappointed."
