"This place was much, much better than people rate it. It’s a cute little cabin -- clean and cozy. Parking was easy, and the surrounding area is beautiful. My only complaint was that the shower water temperature was hard to get just right. Otherwise, it was perfect "

"Beautiful home, great location, loved the sauna. Only 2 of the 3 beds were made before our party arrive so we had to hunt for the extra bedding but non issue in the end. Great coffee, shower and heated floors awesome! Highly recommend "

"My family and I loved this cozy cottage. It is so well designed we loved our stay and it was so comfortable. Mindfully stocked with all the things we needed to settle right in. The beautiful large windows allowed us to rest our eyes on the beautiful peaceful Iceland landscape. It's so meditative and inspiring...we found ourselves just staring outside for periods of time.. getting lost in it. We loved our visits with the sheep too! We look forward to visitng again!"

"We absolutely LOVED this cottage. Definitely our favorite of all the places we stayed in Iceland. The house was cosy and clean. The location was beautiful and we even came home one day to sheep in the front yard :). Can't recommend it enough."

"First of all, I had read the reviews about getting a hold of the owner to get your pin code and room and anticipated some difficulty doing the same. They had two numbers listed on the wall outside. I couldn't find a free phone to use, but I was able to message the 2nd number on Whatsapp and get an immediate response (I tried to call the number a few times and didn't get an answer so messaging them was the way to go). "Firs they forgot to send us the code for the lock box. With the bad signal I had in that location it was very difficult to call them. After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. No apologies or anything like that, it sounded like this is normal and I've seen other gests having the same problem. If you like to stay in a wooden tent for one night is okay but don't pay the price of a normal...
