"Although the reception and restaurant/bar area were really lovely we wer disappointed with our accommodation. The lodge was small and poorly designed with spiral staircase that was dangerous to go up, one of our party slipped down rhe stairs twice and the bedrooms and bathroom were small with very little storage. "

"The property is a bungalow in a park of 250 bungalows. The bungalow is not very new (and the photos aren't current either), and the furniture is basic, but okay. Well equipped with internet and electronics, but unfortunately all documentation is in Dutch. We were a bit disappointed of the surroundings, there are no hiking trails near, and one has to take the car to go for a walk. We were also unlucky that there was noise from building activity on the property next door."

"Anreise war vor 20 Uhr aber die Rezeption hatte schon geschlossen. Schlüssel war zwar hinterlegt, aber davon wussten wir nichts. Anfangs war es sehr kalt im Bungalow. Mit Heizlüftern ging es dann ab dem 2. Tag. Ein Kamin gibt es auch. Nachdem wir Holz besorgt hatten war es richtig schön. Es war alles sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt."

"Top weekend gehad samen met nog 2 andere bevriende gezinnen! Mooie rustige locatie met een mooi uitzicht! Zeer propere ruime gite met al het nodige! Bezigheid voor de kids! "Dies ist eine sehr gemütliche und sehr liebevoll (mit sehr bewusstem und auch sympatischen Hang zum Kitsch) eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Viel zu oft findet man wilde Zusammenstellung aus ganz offensichtlich alten Möbeln, die vorher in anderen Wohnungen gestanden haben und die lieblos in die Ferienwohnung gestellt wurden. Janas Wohnung ist definitiv der Gegenentwurf dazu. Das Wohnungskonzept ist natürlich eigenwillig, aber aus unserer Sicht sehr charmant umgesetzt. Es fehlt einem an nichts....

"The house had interesting furniture and decor. The host came by to say hi and said to ask if anything was needed. It was all good but appreciated them making themselves known. Everything worked and the house, sheets and linens were all clean. It was convenient for groceries and restaurants and an easy drive to Spa where we were attending a race. One tip for future visitors, the keybox has two different keys in it for different doors and the side door is much easier to open when you first...
