"Accomodation was generally good & peaceful though I felt there was a catch when I was told the room I had initially booked for had no windows & was then offered an upgrade with a window that costed a bit more. Hotel parking was a bit expensive at $25.00 a night when ParkMate nearby was charging just $14.00."

"Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, very well maintained, well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to riverside market , right across the street from the botanical gardens and the boathouse for kayaking or punting. Fantastic bagel and coffee stand next door for breakfast. The hotel was perfect "

"The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance (5–10 minutes) of the rental car office, restaurants, and more. Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was that I found the restaurant staff to be a bit unfriendly. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Christchurch."
