"This was an inexpensive room. The rug did have some stains. The paint in the bathroom was new but the trim was poorly finished and there were some cosmetic issues. The room was older but it was clean as was the bedding. The room door opens to the parking lot. There is a nice overhang with seating provided. For the price I am not upset. "These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV. I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt.
