"We staid in the Holm Oak Barn, this is a very roomy place. The bedrooms are quite large and have a plenty of root to maneuver around. There’s a bathtub in one room, a standing shower in another and a handicap bathroom in the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The kitchen has all the pots & pans you would need, with plenty of utensils. The location is certainly located to a few towns and makes it easy to run out for food and groceries. "Drake Cottage is a delightful place to stay. It’s (really) old and beautifully renovated with lots of great touches for guests. It’s very close to the centre of Saffron Walden but quiet.would love to come back. "

Clear and precise instructions on how everything worked EG: shower, heating etc. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it! "

"Provides everything you would expect from this type of holiday. Great cottage (apart from the wifi speed, but that's a reflection of having a home in the city!). A very welcoming package - wine, chocolates, flowers and a superb lemon drizzle cake. Overall - very very good."
