"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall...

"I enjoyed my stay here at the village, everything was as expected, but I had a poor nights sleep due to having a room on the noisy road side which was a bit disappointing. I was also not given a heads up on the building works being carried out on the Starbucks by hotels.com or the village prior to my stay."

"Fabulous hotel in central location. Friendly & helpful staff. We got an upgrade to a suite which was great, lovely quiet room. The only thing I would change would be the pillows, go really flat under your head. "
