"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"The owner went away with the key before our arrival. When we got to the property, he told us the key was in Irish Town. We had to look another property last minute. The host was not even remorseful. Thankfully, Expedia gave us a refund. "

"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. "Overall we were pleased with the property, but the photos online must be at least 5 or 6 years old because everything was much more "worn" than what is shown, which was disappointing.There are four buildings with multiple apartments in this complex, some of which are owner-occupied and some of which are available to rent, as we did. "Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!"

"The staff at the RIU were amazing. The entertainment was fun and they always got people to engage we loved playing beach volleyball, bingo, and morning yoga. Food was always fresh and so many options to choose from. We loved the oxtail and the steakhouse restaurant was really good. They have five pools that are gorgeous and they were never overcrowded. Beach was cleaned every morning and there was always a chair available. I really loved this property and felt it was a relaxing trip. If you are looking for night life bar scene this may not be the resort though. It was definitely relaxing and family friendly. "

"My partner and I stayed here. We had a great time at the resort. It just wasn’t a long enough stay unfortunately. I got a sun burn the day before we went to the spa. They definitely took care of it more than I ever would’ve thought to. This resort was a great place to stay. We do recommend booking a flight to Ocho rios, unless you don’t mind the two hour drive from Montego Bay international airport. "

"It’s a small hotel run almost like a family operation. Everybody had a smile on their face and made every effort to make our stay wonderful. You could hear the waves crashing on the beach through out the day and night, hotel is like 10m from the beach. Breakfast was made from scratch every morning, wonderful. Dinner choices in the evening were also delicious. I give our stay a 10 , exceeded expectations"
