"Vraiment tres sympa comme hôtel. Les patrons sont adorables et nous avons passé un super moment. Etant amateur de whisky j'ai même eu le droit d'en gouter un de sa cave perso. "Nice place,very nice hotel personnel. Restaurant (that is a part of hotel, but located at another building) offered good food. Waitress were nice however just one of them spoke English so I had some difficulties to order a food. In addition to common dishes restaurant had "a daily dinner" menu."

"Couldn't make the 1st night of my reservation but hotel staff was very understanding, very helpful. Limited French on my part, limited English skills (though better than my French) on their side but they did their best to communicate with me. I was in France for a wedding and they helped me find dry cleaner and manicure locations. Location was good, room was great, clean, comfortable. "The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash"

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
