"We loved our stay at the lodge! We came to the area for our son’s wedding in a neighboring town and SO glad we found this place. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax on the beautiful patio. Well stocked kitchen and everything was squeaky clean. We appreciated the extra blankets and attention to every detail. Would highly recommend!!"

"What a peaceful and unique stay! The house has such cozy, old-school "granny house" charm — it felt like stepping back in time in the best way. We loved the quirky touches and were especially fascinated by the cool bomb shelter (definitely a conversation piece!). "It was great and Jeremy was great at responding and taking care of anything we needed. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of description because the couch can be slept on but it does not convert to a sofa bed. However, there is a loft bed in the queen room. So there was still enough sleep space. Host said options aren’t given on VRBO to select the actual description. I only mention it because we had mixed company of teens and I had to reconfigure sleeping arrangements a little bit. There is...
