According to my daughters (11 & 13) the sofa bed was very nice and comfy. Regular beds are nice and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will be booking this property! "

"The location and property are amazing. Not oceanfront as I thought by the pictures. Home was older and quirky, but charming. Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. "Came for a family wedding. Stayed at Cottage House with other family staying at the Oasis house on grounds. Very peaceful. Oh by the way you need to attend to the on-site patio restrooms which are filthy and leaf strewn. Not useable. Otherwise good"
