"By booking through Expedia, we are almost always assured a ADA room or a room that isn't a popular room. This was a "Jr Suite" upgrade. It was weirdly decorated, lighting that wasn't very functional. Light switches that did nothing. No wall decorations. Quiet however, for being need airport. #460 was in the Executive wing and need the elevator, but we didn't hear it. Having bus to terminal was the best thing. Dining menu limited. "Had an issue with noise from the air con in my room. A member of the facilities team had a look, decided it couldn't be fixed, so I was given an upgraded room which was a very nice touch. Breakfast is pretty decent with lots of options. I was there for the marahn and the location is superb for that. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms a little tired but comfy mattress (pillows a little soft for me). Would stay again if in Frankfurt."
