"My only complaint would be during our 3 day stay our room was not cleaned once / clean towels brought in, coffee replenished, bedding changed. maybe because our dog was left in his kennel in the room and probably barked some while we were out, not sure. Other than that it was great."

"Came to the mountains on motorcycles. Couldn’t have found a more comfortable, relaxing place than Cliff Cottages. I had a suite, both rooms and the bath (jacuzzi tub) were spacious and comfortable. The king bed was luxurious to me. After riding all day, it was a welcome reprieve! The breakfast delivered daily to our door was a first for me , but loved it! Would prefer it to having to dress and gathering at a table with strangers. Location was the best! A trip down the stairs and you’re in town, everything is walking distance but I would suggest driving if going to Emilio’s for dinner. The furnishings and atmosphere were perfect, like stepping back in time. "

"It is an old house that was fun to stay in. Had great A/C, and it was very clean. Two large bathrooms, one shower, and one bedroom. It also had a bed in an open area just off the bedroom. It had nice porches and it is a large property with a rock cliff just behind the house. We throughly enjoyed our stay."

"We appreciated the fact that the various city trolleys came right to us at the motel to pick us up whenever we decided to check out the various sites in Eureka Springs. Also having the opportunity to dine right on the premises (so wonderfully delicious) to avoid traveling around town to locate an eating establishment. And last but not least, the motel personnel were so kind and helpful and I so appreciated each and everyone's smiling face. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a motel location."

"Wonderful stop on our family vacation. My daughter was somewhat an expert already having watched probably every paranormal YouTube video about this place. The hotel has been remodeled so nicely that it easily beats any in the area. The piano music in the dining hall could be better, maybe just don’t amplify it. We liked the games outside and the haunted tour was really fun. My wife said that was the most comfortable bed on our entire cross-country road-trip. Highly recommend staying here and take the haunted tour!"
