"We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 8th floor which was very quiet. Didn't choose the full breakfast option but walking distance to coffee shops for light breakfast. Room very clean & comfortable. Only reason for overall rating of 4 stars is, like most hotel rooms, it got a bit stuffy & we were unable to open window (even if limited to open slightly would be a bonus). Would be so nice to get fresh air in. They are installing aircon which should be working soon"

"The property was clean, modern and had all of the kitchen features you would need. The only drawback to this accommodation was that it was a bit noisy outside and you could hear other guests in the hallway and their accommodation. As well, there was limited space to place your toiletries in the bathroom. "

"Apart from a ridiculous half hour wait to check in, it is a clean and tidy hotel. Very convenient for Haymarket station, with great walks into Edinburgh centre seeing the sights as you go. A bonus to have breakfast included too. "

"The place is super clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very close to POI like The Royal Mile. Easy access to buses. Downside is the parking. Tip for travellers checking in @ Moxy, drop your things off first to the hotel then go park at their designated car park. It’s about 10 mins walk. "

"The deluxe room overlooking the golf course with opening patio doors was excellent and made our stay memorable. Leisure facilities such as swimming pool, steam room and sauna were good and the spa staff wonderful. On arrival, Bob on reception made us feel welcome and was brilliant. Dining in the restaurant in the evening was pleasant and with good menu options however breakfast service disorganised with being asked to wait while a table was made available which was annoying as never experienced this before at other hotels we have stayed at. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking and beautiful views so scenic. We couldnt fault any of the staff they were all wonderful and polite. We will certainly be visiting again as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. "
