"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time -...

I dislike it profoundly. Rooms are tiny and congested (The sink in the room was broken, but was fixed later). A few minute before of the opening of the outside pool, the army of retirees who are NOT staying in the hotel arrive and occupy all of the chairs.
