"The ladies at front desk at check in were so friendly and very helpful. They offered us complimentary cookies and recommended an excellent restaurant for supper,which didnt disappoint. If Holiday Inn could bottle the skill ser of the staff here in Sweetwater Tennessee, it would benefit the whole organization. Keep up the great work👍👏👏"

"An OK hotel."

"We stayed for 6 nights. We were very happy with the room. Great value for the money. The building is older, but many updates have been done, and our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. There was a great variety for anyone: eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and muffins. There was juice, coffee, and tea bags. The kitchen isn't huge, but sufficient and nicely updated, with several tables to dine at. Roomservice was great and tidied our room perfectly while we were at meetings everyday, and was trustworthy. We left several dollars in change on the table, along with my tablet, and nothing, not one penny was taken. (We were not concerned about it anyway, but I thought it was worth mentioning). There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms, but there are several first floor rooms available that are accessible from the outside, so it wasn't a problem for us. The steps were not steep or hard to climb. Overall, we recommend it and would stay again. "
