"My go to while in Yreka. Doesn’t offer food or coffee in room but if you go to and front they have coffee. The staff make it worth it and are always nice. Sometimes there will be problems with guest but they manage it quick and efficient. I love the parking and it is close to a 24 hour gas station that carries pretty much everything you need. Good with kids and also was nice when my daughter pulled the fire alarm lol "

"This house is a grand old lady, comfortable with a few quirks befitting her age. The downstairs is spacious and we were able to fit 17 around the dinner tables available. Kitchen was well outfitted. There is a very steep staircase however, which some might find intimidating. Also, due to the age and draftiness of the house, the heating system was barely able to keep up with the 28-30 degree temps outside. Probably more comfortable in the non-winter months. Would stay again. "

"This little house was perfect for our long weekend in Etna California. Very close to town but cozy and quiet. In the morning deer would be eating grass in the backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of seating. Didn’t get to use the fireplace, but it looked cute. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was awesome! We enjoyed every day especially star gazing on cold winter’s night while sipping on some red wine or whiskey to stay warm while star gazing. Having a chance to use the fire stove was awesome. The kids loved the snow. Even our 3 year old German Shepherd acted like a snow dog enjoyed running in the snow and at one point decided to lay there as if he was in a cozy bed. It was easy to maintain contact with Scott.
