The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. "Easy, quick check in. Clean and comfortable. Modern decor. Plenty of hot water. Large King bed. Extra pillow and towels were provided as soon as I asked. Girl and chap on reception were very obliging, delivering our breakfast at the time we asked for and a lovely fruit platter was provided, cornflakes with cold milk and hot milk coffee.
