"We had a fabulous stay at Wild Wadi. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They were great to chat to, very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were served delicious Sri Lankan food for dinner and breakfast. The grounds are breathtaking and full of wildlife. The room was delightful with a very nice private plunge pool. The hotel is in a very convenient location - very close to the Wilpattu national park entrance. Thank you for having us, we had an unforgettable experience."

"We had a nice relaxing time at Khomba. We were looked after very well by the resident staff. The standard of cooking was exceptional. The house is located with a beach accessed directly from the property. The area is very quiet with hotels on each side now closed after the pandemic and returning to nature. Another hotel close by has a fantastic pool which is available to use. There were a couple of basic bicycles which we used to cycle around the local villages. The accommodation is of a good standard and very comfortable with plenty of room for relaxation. There is fast WiFi available."

"HR Solo traveller I visited the Sanctuary on the recommendation of a friend and thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay there. Great care and much thought has been given to the furnishings of the house. It has an extensive collection of books on wildlife and birds and I could have spent many hours browsing this collection. The food was delicious and I was looked after very well by Dula and his team. There is a good choice of excursions on offer, but I chose a half day tour to the Wilpattu National Park which is only about 30 minutes drive from the Sanctuary. Dula and his wife, Achini were my guides and they took a great deal of trouble to ensure that I had a memorable experience. We were fortunate to see leopard, elephants, sea eagles and much more. I will definitely return on my next visit to Sri Lanka. "
