They held our luggages for one night for free when we went to Porto and we came back to check in again with no problem. Breakfast buffet is good I liked the foods. The hotel is close/ walkable to metro. "

"Service from everyone of the staff was excellent!! Loved that the hotel took the time to celebrate my wife’s birthday with me which was surprising given the fact all I did was mention her birthday at the front desk. Definitely a five star plus rating from us !!! "

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
