"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"This 2 story villa was better than online photos. Issues in past reviews have been fixed so we found no faults. There is a beautiful beach with caves and 2 restaurants nearby. You can drive there if you are not up to the rocky hike down to the beach. The property is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. "Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

"We had a very peaceful stay at La quinta azul. Philippe and Bernard were perfect hosts, and Nino of course. The Quinta is in the perfect location to go to Lagos, Faro, and Portimao and the weather was always so nice in Silves. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by cacti and olive trees, you’re able to walk through the trails on the property. Our only recommendation for improvement would be comfier beds and better wifi - but those are minor details.We will most certainly be back 😊"

"We, two couples in our 70’s, spent three nights at the House By The Sea. Overall, the experience was positive. The house is showing some signs of aging, but was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was adequate and well supplied. The walk to the beach isn’t far, and we enjoyed exploring the small beach town. "Lovely townhouse just a short walk from beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with everything we needed, making it an excellent home from home. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Sun around the pool all day. Would recommend if looking for a relaxing holiday. If you haven’t been to Burgau before it is only small, not somewhere if you are looking for a party vibe,but this is our third visit to the area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

She responded that this road is not disturbing. But unfortunately this is not true. This is the main road from Lagos to Portimao and you have traffic 24/7. "Breakfast buffet was good but got a little crowded if you didn’t go right when it opened. There’s a bus stop near the hotel that comes every hour. Nice walk into town if you wanted to do that. "

"Sitting on the headland with coastal path just outside the property, it is an ideal location to view the famous rock formations at Ponta da Piedade and the lighthouse. A walk into Lagos, which is a bustling little tourist town, along the coast path takes about 40 minutes. "

"INATEL Hotel was a fantastic stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in effortless. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. The amenities, including common areas, were clean and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing experience. "Good location. Old Town Lagos is a short walk away. Several beaches are also a short distance away. The room had a balcony but mine was on the ground floor and had a view of an alley. The facility seems pretty old and the bathroom and closet doors stuck a bit when opening and closing. Otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay!"
