"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

"Loved the location of the apartment. The building needs maintenence, but that did not detract from our stay and the apartment was maintained well. There are restaurants within short driving distance and a strip with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. An added bonus was the ciffside restaurant a short walj away."

"This spacious, comfortable apartment is filled with light and a joy to return to from exploring the Algarve. The location at the top of the Main Street and right at Golfland roundabout makes it so easy to go to local grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as heading out of Alvor. "The property was everything we were looking for at an affordable price. Perfectly located next to the beach and other attractions, well equipped and with a gorgeous sea view. "Well located with beach, restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Buses practically at your doorstep to get around to other areas. Property was well equipped. Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. The entrance to building is on sensors for lights and they were a bit slow so often fumbling in...

"Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

"My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. "We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter.
