Close to the beach, central, private garden and fantastic views

Fantastic townhouse with its own garden, close to "everything" and located next to, according to many, the best beach in Estepona.
Next to the community there is a large pool area with pools, tennis courts, diving school, etc.
Trudge down to the beach in your swimwear in a few minutes or go down to the harbor and enjoy a coffee.
To the old town it takes about 25 minutes to walk and enjoy all the beauty along the way.

On the large roof terrace (about 45 sqm) you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea, coastline and mountains.
