Private 2nd story suite up-dated in 2019, 3 piece bath, full size bed, dresser, love seat etc., with high thread count sheets, kitchenette with stainless cook top & fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave as well as plates, flat ware, pots & pans etc... up dated windows, air and heat. Secure wifi, smart TV with antenna. hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels & tissues provided as well as quality towels. Unit is clean and fresh.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay a lot! This a perfect place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and cute, and close to downtown Bat City, and only a 30 minute drive from Frankenmuth

Great stay the host Cindy was great. Everything was exactly as described in ad Place was very clean and had everything that you will need. It is In a great location if you are planning to do some fishing boat launch is minutes away and Cindy provided electricity to charge my boat.

EXCEPTIONAL HOST!
The loft suite over the garage of an extraordinary farmhouse was private, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Thorn was a well suited Goodwill Ambassador. Cindy was so welcoming and helpful. She was truly extraordinary!

Loft Living
We visited Frankenmuth Michigan for my Birthday (July 22nd) We stayed at short drive away in the most Adorable loft in Cynthia's Beautiful home. Our host was Friendly, Helpful and very Knowledgeable of the area. The loft was so Cozy and exceeded our expectations. Our stay with Cynthia was very Affordable which left us with extra money for souvenirs to add to the memories we took with us. Cynthia helped make this an Unforgettable 59th birthday. We will definitely stay here the next visit to this area. Thank you for everything.

Friendly host
Quiet area close to town and the many water resources surrounding Bay City. Plenty of room for vehicles and separation from other guests and the host family. The loft was stocked with everything we needed, although a measuring cup and a couple of bowls would have improved our cooking options. The host knew a lot about the area and offered a garage to store our bikes out of site. We would recommend this accommodation as a great alternative to a motel, especially for anyone who doesn't want to eat every meal at a restaurant.
