"The hotel was really well placed in, very close to the Christmas market and within an easy walk of transport options such as trains. The hotel was clean, our rooms were quite big. The beds were very big, and very comfortable. The sofa bed was a little less comfortable but that's to be expected and didn't ruin the trip. Pillows are quite soft, so for those who like something a little more firm, it would be best asking for a second pillow. Breakfast is open until 10:30am. A great selection of food, both hot and cold which tastes great. Staff were very attentive and incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside really was that you can hear people closing doors/talking in the corridors from your room"
