"We were on a river cruise, and had a transfer from ship to hotel. Car couldn’t reach hotel due to traffic. So driver had company contact the hotel. So when we arrived at top of street, hotel sent 2 guys up hill to get our luggage! We thought that was so nice and wonderful that they, diver and hotel, took the extra service and helped us out! We really appreciated this extra service. Hotel was wonderful to stay at and helpful in every way. Thank you"

Our experience is also during the time of the international power outage that lasted 10 hrs in Porto. Great customer service under very unusual circumstances.
