"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The downside is the strong smell of cleaning product throughout the room. It is so overwhelming that we have to keep the window wide open for the whole time while not sleeping when the temperature outside is 20F (-5C). I'm very sensitive to smells so that's a big downside for me. Otherwise the stay was good. "

"The hotel is recently updated. The room is spacious, the bed was firm and comfortable. The room has a coffee maker (Pods), mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a ton of restaurant and bar options within a few blocks. They offer a $6 credit towards breakfast at Rosie's which has great food, but there can be a little bit of a wait for your food if they are busy. There are railroad tracks nearby and you can hear the trains but they are no too loud. I would...

"It was a busy night downtown, but Jade did a great job greeting each guest. Parking is limited, but there is a public gated lot very close by and you get a pass from the hotel. "

"Very nice and clean hotel! the property is well kept and rooms have nice design. They offer the airport shuttle via the 3rd party but it is covered by the hotel. The only challenge for me were the uncomfortable bulky pillows. I am a small person so these hard puffy pillows are impossible to sleep on. Would be nice to have one of them softer with feathers. "
