"The residence has a great view overlooking the bay. It is a ten minute walk down to the lovely village. I walked everyday to the bakery. If a person is in poor health, the steep walk back (up the hill) would be difficult. A car would be required back to the parking lot. The kitchen is outdoor ... meaning there are birds.
