"I had the most amazing time at this resort with my daughters. Outstanding remarkable staff, the food was great can’t wait to visit again. The lifeguard Dallas was super nice and housekeeping was excellent. "

"Our room and floor was smelt stuffy and moldy, even the elevators. Hubby got sick and had sinus issues once we got into the room.The staff are really friendly and accommodating. This isnt my first time at Harbor Club though, i will opt for the ground floor rooms next time. Overall great stay except stuffiness"

"I suppose we got what we paid for as this was the cheapest all inclusive I could find on the island. The facility was fine, very small and the buffet food area was tiny and kind of limited. Service wasn't great - the first night we went for dinner they were 30 minutes late bringing out the main course and when we ordered drinks by the pool and it took over an hour for them to bring them to us. Overall a nice place to relax and have all inclusive drinks and food but definitely on the low end of...

"Beautiful hotel overall, room was nice (Pigeon Island building with Atlantic view) but bathroom needed updating. Shower was not all tile, had a traditional white tub and the caulk around faucet was failing making the faucet start to fall off. Was disappointed at check in, paid for ocean view expecting a view of the Caribbean but had an Atlantic view that includes a close road where you will hear locals playing loud music late at night and see cars passing by. Tried to swap to a Caribbean view...

"They tick every box for my wife and me- great activities all day great beach and snorkling on site great food amazing service daily spa treatment ie. massages included DAILY beautiful and relaxing venue comfortable modern rooms and in our case ocean view ETC... It was our 5th time and almost everyone there is a repeat visitor for a reason"

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"We just arrived home from a lovely holiday at Royalton St Lucia and we would highly recommend this resort, great facilities, the most lovely staff , great food and a great selection of restaurants, we loved it And St Lucia is of course truly beautiful The resort is not new and there a few bits of maintenance needed here and there but nothing that interfered with our holiday "

"You will read some negative things about Soco but generally this revolves around dining it can be slow when the hotel is busy but the food is actually good and cooked fresh. Sometimes stock runs out but hey you are in the Caribbean where everything comes in by boat. If you want good dining then book Sandals. "

"Wonderful boutique resort. Beautiful views from one of the pools, nice beach very short walking distance. Super nice staff and very friendly. Very attentive and helpful. Could not recommend enough!"

"A beautiful setting, very quiet and clean. Food was good, but could have had more variety and faster/better coordinated restaurant service. In room water was unpredictable, sometimes cold only, once none. The resort isn’t at all disability friendly, with many flights of stairs to get anywhere (including in our room) and no elevators. This information should be shared in all advertising to allow guests to make better-informed choices.elevators. "

Included fridge and 2 ring electric hob and kitchen sink, plus 1 1/2 rolls of cheap toiler roll for 5 nights/6 days. Based on a sharp hill. Car parking interesting but always left car in gear.
