"I rested really well and we desperately needed after 15 hours travelling by plane and waiting times, jet lag etc. So it was comfy and clean, I loved the toiletries by rituals which is one of my fav brands, and they left a small gift box of rituals products which I was very happy about it. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very nice and had good variety. We felt refreshed with a bath, I only was missing a hairdryer but we will definitely go back to Novotel near Newcastle Airport"

"Our stay was excellent , our original room was having maintenance work done so we were upgraded to a Boutique suite which was beautiful , staff were excellent and friendly , evening meal in the restaurant was excellent with a nice atmosphere , and the breakfast was spot on and well organised with no queue for anything and was very calm , all in all a very nice stay."
