"Nice view from the terrace. Room was clean. Our sink was broken when we arrived but they had someone come and fix it right away :) simple check in and decent location! Very walkable"

"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. The stairs up from the dock up to the house are in water and will move with the waves, the dock will move too. "

"Cute little hotel. It was perfect for us. When we arrived the front desk didn’t speak English and the paperwork wasn’t in English. We had to ask our tour guide to help. Netflix was on the tv but it didn’t work. Stairs are a bit narrow. Be careful when coming down with luggage. My friend fell down the stairs. Room could use an iron and a little fridge. Walking distance from everything. AC worked very well. Very clean. We even got a light clean while we were out and about. That was nice. Loved the...

"Its very inconvenient having the restroom outside the room, and sharing with others with out cleaning. Their is no room for parking the vehicle. No TV in the room No mirror in the room. The same towels for the 5 days. Washer and dryer we had to pay extra to used. The room hade a leak. They never answered the phone… My review is not a critique its for Casa Quetzalli offers better service in the future… "
