"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"In central location 10 mins to the "canal end" and 20 mins to the port and another 20 mins onto the old town (but easier to catch the bus). Bus stops close by as is a Spar supermarket. Apartment (as good as a bungalow but there was another apartment above this one) was on a small residential block with a small pool. "We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"The flat was super great- incredible views, peaceful location, small but felt spacious and easy to check in. Had most things you need in kitchen and house, washing machine, washing up liquid, plates etc available, although you do need to bri bf your own loo roll and oil, salt and pepper , shampoo and tea etc . "I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"Este alojamiento es insuperable, y lo digo literalmente. Viajo mucho y he estado en muchísimos alojamientos y este supera a todos de lejos. Todo estuvo perfecto. La terraza y la vista que tiene es magnífica e increíble. La localización es excelente y el apartamento esta hecho con muy buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario. La atención de Maria fue excelente. El único problemita que tiene , es que no tiene ascensor y es un cuarto piso. Pero el apartamento bien vale la pena subir los 4 pisos a pie....
