"I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious apartment which had everything you could possibly need. The large patio doors open on to a beautiful terrace, with amazing views over the beach and the bay. Antonio was a charming and helpful host, on hand should we have any problems. The location was just perfect, close to lots of lovely restaurants but also very quiet."

"In central location 10 mins to the "canal end" and 20 mins to the port and another 20 mins onto the old town (but easier to catch the bus). Bus stops close by as is a Spar supermarket. Apartment (as good as a bungalow but there was another apartment above this one) was on a small residential block with a small pool. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. "Great location, right near the beach and restaurants. However, it's a very old apartment, particularly in the kitchen. The drains were quite smelly throughout the apartment at times. If you are looking for a peaceful place, then this is not ideal as the soundproofing is terrible and you can hear the neighbours from all directions - bring earplugs! We had a great time here but don't think we'd stay in this apartment again."

"We liked the location on a quiet street, the pool was great, and just 2 blocks away is the beach and many restaurants. It was very convenient for us. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning was good, and the beds are comfortable. I would suggest that nicer towels and linens would upgrade the experience and some blankets would be nice."
